Who We Are

We’re two very romantic humans — Pili, and Kari — rooted in Tulum, connected by friendship and a shared love for crafting meaningful moments. We don’t believe in mass production or cookie-cutter romance. We work closely, slowly, and with always care — choosing our collaborators, locations, and couples with the same attention we bring to every flower, every step of your experience. We don’t want to be for everyone and prefer to curate a few experiences than many.

Care Of

  • Far from the buzz of Tulum, this spot sits quietly in the jungle — untouched, alive, and full of presence. No crowds, you might not even see other people.

    Just rustling leaves and the sound of birds. Promise. It’s a place that holds space for what matters and this is why we chose it.

    We like to build relationships with the land because we know that this is what you’ll remember.

    This location is an experience in itself and is run by very dear friends of ours. So we can assure you’ll be in good hands.

  • Think minimal altar, wild florals, candlelight — everything placed with ritual and intentional.

    We’ll design the setting around you and your wishes so you’ll feel cozy and homy.

    Textures, tones, and light are curated with care and taste. There’s a pool, chilled champagne, and space to breathe.

  • We only work with photographers and filmmakers who know how to listen and don’t stage. No forced poses, no distractions — but honest documentation of what actually happens. They know when to step back and when to lean in.

    The result? Hopefully a story you’ll want to return to. Again and again.

  • A private chef will prepare a dinner just for you — thoughtful, seasonal, and slow based on your wished and needs.

    We’ll check in on what you love (and what you don’t). Cocktails are designed around your taste, not a menu. We even come up with thoughtful and creative names that suit you as a couple.

    The bartender is kind and attentive.
    Your table will be set in the jungle, candlelit and quiet, with your favorite music if you prefer.

We’re not a wedding factory. We take on a limited number of couples each year so we can stay fully present — with you, with the land, and with the process. Nothing we offer is off-the-shelf. We listen first. Then we build. Slowly, intentionally, and with great care.

No tourist traps.

We don’t use random venues or tourist spots. Every location is scouted, felt, and chosen for its atmosphere — not its trend factor. We work with people we know, places we trust, and nature that still feels alive. If it doesn’t move us, we don’t offer it.

Deeply human experiences.

And we don’t sell romance. We hold space for something real — whatever that looks like for you. Whether it’s barefoot and quiet or wild and full of laughter, we create experiences that are emotionally tuned, aesthetically refined, and deeply human.

  • Music changes the air. Whether it’s a violin at sunset or soft vocals during your ritual, we work with artists who know how to hold the mood without overpowering it.

  • We can bring in a trusted stylist to help you feel like yourself — just a little more held, polished, or wild, depending on your preferance. This isn’t about glam; it’s about ease. They come to your room, bring calm energy, and let you breathe into the day.

  • We offer very well chosen wellness rituals like a deep tissue massage, a herbal flower bath, or sound healing with ancient instruments. Moments to soften, land, and let your body catch up to your heart. Especially grounding for couples who want to arrive fully.

  • While the ceremony venue doesn’t offer overnight accommodation, we can arrange a nearby jungle stay that feels just as special. A place where you can end the night slowly — in silence, in warmth, maybe in water.

  • Tulum isn’t made for rushing — and neither is this day. We can arrange a trusted private driver to pick you up, bring you to the venue, and take you back whenever you're ready.

BOW & ARROW is Pili and Karina — friends, creatives, and hosts who call Tulum home. We come from different places but share the same instinct: to create experiences that feel real, beautiful, and deeply human. Between us, we bring years of experience in events, design, ceremony, and the quiet art of holding space. Nothing here is outsourced. We plan, build, and show up — together.

Questions you might want to ask

  • Yes, but most couples who elope with us choose a symbolic or spiritual ceremony. Legal marriages in Mexico require additional documents, translations, and appointments — which we can help arrange, but we recommend handling the legal part in your home country and letting this day be fully about the experience.

  • This experience is designed to be intimate — for just the two of you, or up to four guests. If you’d like to invite a small circle, let us know and we’ll help you create an experience in the same location that still feels private and meaningful.

  • We always have a backup plan. Our locations are chosen not only for their beauty, but also for their flexibility in case of tropical weather. We’ll check in with you before and adjust calmly if needed — no panic, no chaos.

  • Ideally 2–4 months ahead. That gives us time to reserve your preferred location, book trusted collaborators, and plan your day with care. That said, we’ve made magic happen in less time — so if your timing is tight, just ask.

  • Yes, completely. We’ll guide you through options, but there’s no script. Whether you want to write your own vows, add a ritual, or keep it quiet and simple — the ceremony will reflect your connection, not a formula.

  • We offer a core experience — location, planning, ceremony design, photographer, luxurious dinner experience and all the coordination needed. From there, you can add what fits: live music, a wellness ritual, or an overnight stay. We don’t upsell — we build what fits you.

  • Yes. We work with a small circle of photographers and videographers who value honesty over performance. No fake moments, no awkward posing. Just the feeling, as it unfolds.

  • Yes. We can arrange a private driver to pick you up and bring you back to your accommodation, so you don’t have to think about directions, traffic, or time.

  • This particular venue doesn’t offer overnight stays — but we’ll happily help you find a nearby jungle cabin, design hotel, or hidden bungalow to complete your experience.
