What’s included in the package
Adventurous Location in a Cave
In the middle of the Mayan jungle, around one hour from civilization lies the hidden cave where you’ll be celebrating your engagement.
1,5-hour long tour with surprise
You’ll be welcomed by a specifically for this tour chosen guide who will give you an exciting walk and swim through 1.5km of the cave.
Celebration Moment
Once arrived at the destination of the proposal, you can do your speech and propose. After, there will be sparkling wine to click classes in the cave.
Snacks after the proposal
Done with the tour, you’ll be very hungry awaiting another 1-hour-drive back home. To back you up, we will provide a rustic Mexican pico de gallo on the spot.
Safe Transportation
The cave is a secret place that it’s hard to find for public and needs experienced drivers. You will be picked up from home and brought to the spot and back home by a trustworthy professional driver.
Professional photographer
Part of the package is a professional photographer who will be hiding at the location within the cave where you are going to do the proposal. The fotos will be forever yours.

This is how you can imagine it
1:30pm to 2:30pm: Drive to the Cave
To not spoil the surprise, you can tell your partner that you’d researched a tour that had really good reviews (or somebody invited you!). You’ll be picked up from your hotel by one of our trustworthy drivers and brought deep into the jungle.
2:30pm to 4:00pm: Tour and proposal
Our specific guide picks you up and instructs you about the tour. You’re going to get wet suits and enter the cave. From here you walk and swim around 1,5km to get to a very special place with lots of stalactites and beautiful lightning. The guide will leave you for a moment with an excuse so that you can do the proposal. A photographer that will be hiding will catch the moment and another crew member will give you some sparkling wine to cheer with in the cave,
4:00pm to 4:30pm: Snack
Once arrived back on the surface, you’ll get a little snack with traditional Mexican Pico de Gallo and Guacamole so that you’ll prepared for the way back home and you’ll have some moments to integrate the moment.
4:30pm to 5:30pm: Safe Ride back
The same driver picks you up at 4:30 and brings you back to your hotel in Tulum so that you’ve got plenty of time to celebrate with a romantic dinner if you feel like.

Of course you can. The time schedule is just an example to give you a feel for the day. We can work according to your wishes.

Yes, that’s also possible. If you want to bring in an own idea, we can easily tie it into the package. Also, if you want to leave out the photographer or the driver (because you have an own car f.e.) we can adjust that. The package and how we created it is just a frame and we’re very open to hear your ideas!

After you’ve filled the contact form and sent us your text, we’ll get in touch within two working days. Normally we try to set up a call so we can discuss your ideas and create a package that suits your needs.

After we figured out all the details, we’ll send you a payment request via Wise or PayPal. If you don’t have any of both, don’t worry, we’ll find a solution.

Yes, this package includes somebody from BOW & ARROW being on spot for you in order to bring you to the cenote and guide you through your proposal.
