At the edge of the Caribbean Sea, we create a moment that speaks your language: starting with a custom-designed floral arch, hand-built in golden tones and dressed in seasonal flowers.
We work exclusively with selected local florists who understand the rhythm of this land and choose flowers that are not only stunning, but in tune with the season.
Before we begin, we’ll check in with you about your vision, favorite colors, and any personal touches you’d like us to weave in.

You’ll be welcomed by a medicine woman of the land and gently guided to your private spot. Before the big moment, we take a few quiet minutes to ground with you — to breathe, arrive, and open the space together. After many years of organizing proposals, we found that it’s our way of helping you drop into presence, so when you ask, you’re fully there.

After the proposal, your evening continues with a candlelit 5-course dinner at the beach, curated with seasonal Caribbean flavors and a fine selection of wine (or whatever you desire).
Every dish is crafted with intention, supposed to be a sensory celebration of the love you just declared.

We work with a trusted circle of photographers who know how to stay invisible — and still capture everything.
From hidden glances to full-body joy, they’re there to document the real moment, not stage it. Because let’s be honest, we’re not into cheesy proposal pics.
You’ll walk away with honest, timeless images that bring you right back to the Caribbean whenever you desire.

Tulum’s Beach Zone isn’t easy to navigate — so we make it seamless.
You’ll be picked up directly from your accommodation by one of our trusted drivers and brought to your proposal spot with care. No need to worry about anything here.
Afterward, they’ll take you home safe, so you can stay in your just-engaged bubble a little longer.

Most of the time, the two of us — Pili, and Kari — are there.
We greet you as part of the “staff,” guide you casually to your spot, and make sure every detail is in place without ever breaking the surprise.
After the yes, we’ll be there to celebrate with you, just for a few heartfelt minutes, because we’re genuinely moved every single time.

A Walk Through Your Beach Proposal Day
4:30pm to 5pm:
Drive to the Beach
To not spoil the surprise, you can tell your partner that you’d researched a beach restaurant that had really good reviews (or somebody invited you!). You’ll be picked up from home by one of our driver’s and brought to Tulum’s wonderful beach.
5pm to 5:30pm:
Ritual and proposal
Right where your driver drops you, one of us welcomes you and gently leads you to the cenote. There, Ruby, our medicine woman holds space for a short and intimate ritual including the elements before you step into your proposal moment.
5:30pm to 6:00pm: Professional photo shooting
While arriving, walking towards the set up of the flower arch, our photographer will picture the moments. After the proposal, you can click glasses and take a walk on the beach for some couple photos.
6:00pm to 7:30pm:
5-Course-Dinner at the Beach
Once the photo shooting is done, a luxurious 5-Course-Dinner awaits you at a dinner table right at the beach. Here you can taste the richness of the Mexican Cuisine mixed with contemporary influences.
7:30pm to 8:00pm:
Romantic Walk at the Beach
To integrate the whole experience, we’d like to give you some time to process and have a walk at the beach together. Tulum’s night sky is absolutely stunning and gives a special feeling.
8pm to 8:30pm:
Safe Ride back
Time to go home: One of our driver’s will pick you up and drive you back home or to your hotel.

Of course you can – it’s up to you how to propose in Tulum. The time schedule is just an example to give you a feel for the day. We can work according to your wishes.

Yes, that’s also possible. If you want to bring in an own idea for your romantic proposal Tulum, we can easily tie it into the package. Also, if you want to leave out the photographer or the driver (because you have an own car f.e.) we can adjust that. The package and how we created it is just a frame and we’re very open to hear your ideas!

After you’ve filled the contact form and sent us your text, we’ll get in touch within two working days. Normally we try to set up a call so we can discuss our Tulum proposal packages, plus your ideas and create a package that suits your needs.

After we figured out all the details, we’ll send you a payment request via Wise or PayPal for your private beach proposal Tulum. If you don’t have any of both, don’t worry, we’ll find a solution.

Yes, this package includes somebody from BOW & ARROW being on spot for you in order to bring you to the location and guide you through your proposal. We’re the only Tulum proposal planners and the only agency that only focuses on proposals.
