What’s included in the package
Stunning Location at the Beach
Right in front of the Caribbean Sea we set up your Picnic with the most amazing view of the sea. We only work with locations that give you a sense of calm and leave you in awe.
Picnic Set-Up with Umbrella
The set-up is decent but elegant. It contains a stylisch sun umbrella, pillows to sit on and a blanket. Additionally, there will be a decent flower decoration with a bouquet and letters saying “Marry Me”.
Safe Transportation
Since it’s not easy to get to Tulum’s Beach Zone you will be picked up from home and brought to the spot – and also brought back home by a trustworthy professional driver.
Picnic Basket
A chic and bohemian picnic basket contains plenty of snacks such as salami, olives and different kind of cheeses. There will also be a bottle of wine to click glasses and celebrate together.

This is how you can imagine it
4:30pm to 5pm: Drive to the Beach
To not spoil the surprise, you can tell your partner that you’d researched a beach restaurant that had really good reviews (or somebody invited you!). You’ll be picked up from your hotel by one of our trustworthy drivers and brought to Tulum’s wonderful beach location.
5pm to 5:30pm: Arriving and proposal
Having arrived to the beautiful beach spot, a member of our team will pick you up from the reception and guide you towards “the table you have booked”. From here, we’ll bring you to the picnic set-up on the beach and you take over to do your proposal.
5:30pm to 7:00pm: Your picnic
This is your time to enjoy your picnic, a romantic walk on the beach and most important: Each other’s company.
7:00pm to 7:30pm: Safe Ride back
One of our favorite driver’s will pick you up and bring you safely to your hotel.

You can add a professional photographer who will hide and capture this unique moment. We only work with photographers who value authenticity.

With their skill and discretion, you'll receive a beautifully crafted film that lets you relive this unforgettable day. It’s the perfect keepsake to share with loved ones for years to come.

The package includes some decent and authentic decoration such as rose petals and a flower bouquet. If you want to level up, we can decorate a big flower arch with flowers so you can propose in front of it. Hit us up for photos of examples!

Feel free to add a luxurious 5-course-dinner including more wine and seasonal treats from the Caribbean.
Extra cost: Between 400 USD and 550 USD for two depending on the courses and drinks.

Of course you can. The time schedule is just an example to give you a feel for the day. We can work according to your wishes.

Yes, that’s also possible. If you want to bring in an own idea, we can easily tie it into the package. Also, if you want to leave out the photographer or the driver (because you have an own car f.e.) we can adjust that. The package and how we created it is just a frame and we’re very open to hear your ideas!

After you’ve filled the contact form and sent us your text, we’ll get in touch within two working days. Normally we try to set up a call so we can discuss your ideas and create a package that suits your needs.

After we figured out all the details, we’ll send you a payment request via Wise or PayPal. If you don’t have any of both, don’t worry, we’ll find a solution.

Yes, this package includes somebody from BOW & ARROW being on spot for you in order to bring you to the cenote and guide you through your proposal.
